A dedicated mangrove-paddling network in Key Largo with several miles of trails leading through mangroves and into Largo Sound.
Current official pages support several miles of paddling trails, dedicated launch, rentals and current advisories. Older state materials disagree on total trail mileage (2.5 vs 17 miles), so no route distance is asserted until current trail map/field validation.

DESK RESEARCH 2026-08-26. Confirms the launch beside the education classroom with parking across the road, and that the $10 ramp fee applies to the deep-water marina ramp rather than to paddlecraft. No carry distance is published, though parking across a road implies one.
